– As noted, ECW Original Balls Mahoney passed away at his home today at the age of 44. Below are comments from WWE, close friend Tommy Dreamer, The Blue Meanie, Rob Van Dam, Shane Helms and Mick Foley.

WWE is saddened to learn of reports that Jonathan Rechner, best known for competing in ECW as Balls Mahoney, has passed away. WWE extends its condolences to Rechner’s family, friends and fans.
