– The weekly WWE NXT show is now sponsored or “powered by” WWE partner Tapout. The slow roll-out continues as WWE is beginning to use the Tapout logo with all of their promotional outlets. As noted, there were plans at one point to open WWE – Tapout branded fitness centers across the country some time this year. Expect to see a lot more of Tapout and WWE in the coming months.
– Marvel Studios confirmed this week that principal photography on “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2” began this week at Pinewood Studios in Atlanta. The movie is scheduled to hit theaters on May 5th, 2017 and will feature former WWE Champion Batista reprising his role as Drax the Destroyer.
– WWE stock was up 0.72% today, closing at $15.47 per share. Today’s high was $15.78 and the low was $15.18.
– The next episode of WWE Game Night premieres on Thursday and will feature The Usos vs. The Ascension in a game of Heads Up, hosted by Heath Slater. WWE posted this preview:
