– Noam Dar, who has been out of action since November due to a knee injury, is expected to return to WWE 205 Live soon.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter published on Thursday, the 24-year-old has been cleared to return to action.
Dar underwent successful surgery to his left knee on December 14, 2017, in Orlando, Florida after sustaining the injury during a Fatal 4-Way Match on November 27, where he faced Rich Swann, Akira Tozawa, and Ariya Daivari.
Following weeks of lingering issues, the knee gave out on Dar, prompting him to undergo an MRI and seek surgery.
“I learned that I had a tear of the meniscus — a bucket handle tear — which is a pretty common tear for athletes,” Dar told WWE.com after his surgery, which was the first time underwent an invasive procedure.
At the time of surgery, Dar expected to require around five months of recovery time and preparation before he could return to the ring. He passed the six-month mark on Thursday.
Dar was last seen as part of Enzo Amore’s “Zo Train,” a heel faction that also included Ariya Daivari, Drew Gulak, and Tony Nese. The faction dissolved following Amore’s release from WWE in January.
Dar is reportedly already back on the road. PWInsider.com reported that he was at Monday’s Raw in North Little Rock, Arkansas, and SmackDown LIVE on Tuesday in Memphis, Tennessee.
