This week’s WWE SmackDown, featuring a Six-Pack Challenge to crown a new #1 contender to WWE Champion Randy Orton and Baron Corbin vs. AJ Styles in the main event, drew 2.544 million viewers. This is down from last week’s 3.105 million viewers for the “Superstar Shakeup” episode, which was the best SmackDown number for 2017 and the best number going back to the 2016 Draft episode.
SmackDown was #6 in viewership on cable for the night, behind two NBA Playoff games, Special Report, Tucker Carlson and The O’Reilly Factor. SmackDown was #3 in the 18-49 demographic, behind the NBA games.
In comparison, Monday’s RAW drew 3.346 million viewers, down from last week’s 3.429 million viewers.
