WWE Reportedly Holds NXT Meeting Over Bonus Pay

– WWE reportedly held a meeting about pay with NXT talents at the Performance Center in Orlando last Thursday. WWE’s Canyon Cemen and several NXT coaches reportedly told the talents that they will only be paid based on their developmental deals and won’t be receiving bonuses based on larger events such as “Takeover: Brooklyn” and the December UK tour.

Talents were reportedly told that the company cannot provide bonuses based on live event gates due to NXT running at a loss in order to improve the company’s long-term future, as well as salaries for coaches and the costs of running and operating the Performance Center.
