WWE Legend Says He Was Supposed to “Bury the Hatchet” with Roddy Piper Recently

– In the video above, WWE Legend The Honky Tonk Man talks about the recent passing of WWE Hall of Famer Roddy Piper. There was some Twitter beef between the two earlier this year after Piper appeared on The Adam Carolla Show and called Honky Tonk an “asshole,” adding that he can’t sing or play the guitar. Piper also called HTM jealous.

Honky said as far as he knew, he and Piper were on good terms when he passed and he was looking to appear on Piper’s podcast. Honky also said they were supposed to meet at a convention in California just a few days after Piper’s death to “bury the hatchet.” He said:

“We were going to kind of bury the hatchet, so to speak, and find out really what our problem had been, that I wasn’t aware we had one. But I was looking forward to seeing him and talking about it.”
