Sunny Arrested Again

Tammy Sytch, also known as Sunny, was arrested on Wednesday and is currently incarcerated at the Carbon County Correctional Facility in Nesquehoning, Pennsylvania.

According to PWInsider.com, the WWE Hall of Famer was taken into custody on an active bench warrant that was issued on Sept. 3 after she missed three hearings regarding her May 30 arrest in Mahoning Township, PA. Sytch was pulled over after driving erratically in a Walmart parking lot, leading to charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and careless driving.

Sytch is scheduled to go before the presiding Judge in her case, Judge Joseph J. Matika today at 1:15 p.m. It is entirely possible she will be held until her trial date. She is scheduled to stand trial on the charges on Dec. 7, which is her 42nd birthday.

Sytch also has a court date in Palmerton, PA (where she currently resides) for a preliminary hearing in regard to two other DUI-related arrests that took place June 1 and June 20 on Oct. 7 at 10:30 a.m., where she is scheduled to face charges of driving under the influence, driving without a license, failure to stay in her lane of traffic, and careless driving.

The former WWE Diva been arrested several times over the years. Over a four-week span in Sept. and Oct. 2012, Sytch was arrested five times, for disorderly conduct, third degree burglary, and three counts of violating a protective order. She was arrested a sixth time in Jan. 2013, also for violating a protective order. Sytch served 114 days in jail and was released in May 2013. While in jail, Sytch said that she was diagnosed with cervical cancer but underwent a hysterectomy and was later diagnosed as cancer free.
