– Darren Young, an openly gay WWE Superstar who has spoken out numerous times against violence and persecution towards the LGBT community, took to Twitter to offer his thoughts on the tragedy that unfolded in Orlando, Florida on Sunday that took the lives of 50 individuals at an LGBT nightclub, wounding at least 50 more.
He wrote, “The worst mass shooting in U.S. History happened to my peeps proving that being openly gay STILL puts you at so much risk. #PrayForFlorida.”
Young was in Los Angeles, California over the weekend to participate in the annual Gay Pride Parade, where another individual was arrested by local law enforcement, allegedly carrying assault riffles and potential explosive devices.
– It was announced Monday on WWE’s Facebook account that Becky Lynch and Natalya will face Charlotte and Dana Brooke at Money in the Bank.
Money in the Bank takes place this Sunday at the T-Mobile Arena in the Las Vegas suburb of Paradise, Nevada.
