Update on WWE Doctor Chris Amann’s $1 Million Libel Lawsuit Against CM Punk and Colt Cabana

– The Washington Post has an article about the $1 million libel lawsuit WWE’s Dr. Chris Amann has against CM Punk, stemming from comments Punk made on Colt Cabana’s podcast last year. On Monday, a Cook County Circuit Court judge Janet Adams Brosnahan denied Punk’s and co-defendant Colt’s motions to dismiss the case and instead it is moving forward.

The judge also ordered Punk and Colt to submit answers to Amann’s 15-page complaint. Punk and Colt now have until August 24th to file a response to Amann’s complaint. The two will be asked to admit or deny the allegations, or say they lack sufficient knowledge to answer.
