Two More Wrestlers Qualify For Mae Young Classic At NXT Taping, Updated List Of Competitors

The Mae Young Classic continued to fill out its field of competitors at last night’s NXT television taping as two more participants qualified to compete in the upcoming tournament.

According to those in attendance, there were two Mae Young qualifying matches at the taping.

The first was NXT wrestlers Aliyah vs. Bianca BelAir (fka Bianca Blair) and the latter picked up a victory.

The second match was between independent wrestler Jayme Jameson (using the name Jayme Hachey) and NXT’s Vanessa Borne (fka Danielle Kamela), who was the winner.

No word yet on when exactly the qualifying matches will air but it should be between June 28 and July 12.

Coming out of tonight’s tapings, below is the updated list of confirmed participants for the 32-competitor tournament that tapes July 13th and July 14th:
