TNA Returning to New York City for Impact Wrestling Tapings In 2016?

– TNA officials have had recent discussions with the Manhattan Center in New York City about a possible 2016 return for Impact Wrestling TV tapings. They may be taping from the Hammerstein Ballroom.

No deals had been signed as of last week but TNA will likely need to tape some time around February or March. We know that they will film 6 episodes in the UK in January and they are expected to tape several episodes in India next month. As noted, they will also air a live “One Night Only: Mumbai” special on Friday, December 4th.

TNA taped Impact episodes this past January at the Manhattan Center and reportedly drew 500 fans for the Wednesday night tapings, 325 fans for the Thursday night tapings and a sellout of 1,100 fans for the final night of tapings.
