As noted, The Rock has launched a new pro wrestling promo contest to promote his new YouTube page. Former WWE, ECW and TNA star Taz had an issue with the contest as he has something similar with his online radio show.
Taz took to Twitter yesterday and started tweeting about the dilemma and has many fans rallying behind him, using the “#IStandWithTaz” hashtag and accusing Rock of stealing the idea. Rock and Taz had this exchange on Twitter:
Been doing #humpdaypromos for ONE YEAR on #TheTazShow rules NEVER changed (45 sec promo). We all worked hard, now @TheRock doing it. Wow.

@OfficialTAZ Bro just seeing this. Surprised to see all your tweets when you could've just reached out personally and we rap about it.

@OfficialTAZ I had no idea you even had a radio show my man. Our show is just for the fans to have fun. No heat. This is silly. I'll text U
