Spoilers: News on Three TNA Title Changes from This Weekend

This past weekend, Allie became the TNA Knockouts Champion, defeating Marti Belle, Jade, Madison Rayne, and former champion Sienna in a No DQ contest. That match is scheduled to air on the August 18th or 25th edition of Impact. This was Allie’s first title win with Impact Wrestling.

Allie will lose the championship the following week, however, when she’s defeated by Maria Kanellis. A championship bout between Maria and TNA Hall of Famer Gail Kim is expected for Bound for Glory. Like Allie, this is Maria’s first championship with the promotion.

DJ Zema Ion also became a champion over the weekend when he defeated Braxton Sutter, Mandrews, Andrew Everett, Trevor Lee, and Rockstar Spud in an “Ultimate X Match.” The X Division Championship was vacated along with the now-defunct King of the Mountain Championship by Bobby Lashley the previous week.
