Per Vince McMahon, Universal Champion Brock Lesnar is supposed to appear on Monday Night Raw tonight, three weeks before he defends his title against the recently suspended Roman Reigns at WrestleMania.
Lesnar and Paul Heyman have been spotted in Dallas, Texas today, which is the site of tonight’s Raw, so they should actually appear this week. This is according to PWInsider.com.
PWInsider.com, however, has not confirmed whether Reigns is backstage at Raw after McMahon temporarily suspended “The Big Dog,” on last week’s show.
The suspension came moments after Reigns publicly criticized The Chairman for choosing not to punish Lesnar when “The Beast Incarnate” did not appear live in Detroit to meet “The Big Dog” face-to-face as scheduled.
WWE.com’s Raw preview notes the following on Reigns:
“Now that The Chairman has punished The Big Dog for his inflammatory criticism of The Beast Incarnate and Mr. McMahon himself, it remains to be seen just how Reigns will react to Lesnar’s appearance on Raw — or if he will even be reinstated before Monday night.”
