According to both F4WOnline.com and PWInsider.com, EC3 is done with Impact Wrestling.
At last night’s Impact Wrestling tapings in Orlando, Florida, EC3 competed in a Feast or Fired Match and captured one of the briefcases that hung on poles around the ring. Later in the show, Jeremy Borash opened his case in an in-ring segment and said EC3 was fired.
EC3 said there’s no way he’s fired and Borash said it’s real and EC3 is done. EC3 said there’s no way he should lose his job for picking a briefcase in an outdated match. He said he’s the franchise and has carried the company for four years. But in his last words, he said he’s a professional and this will light a spark in him that will lead to greatness. EC3 then beat up Borash. Brian Cage ran in and beat up EC3.
EC3 got up and said goodbye to everyone, left, and took a bow on the stage.
