– Alberto Del Rio became the new WWE United States Champion at tonight’s WWE SmackDown tapings by defeating Kalisto. He won with an assist from King Barrett, who was at ringside.

Kalisto had just won the title on Monday’s RAW. The match will air this Thursday on the USA Network.
