– There was some speculation that Joe may have signed a deal with WWE NXT like Rhyno or Brian Kendrick as he’s still taking indie bookings but WWE is already selling a t-shirt for Joe.

– For what it’s worth, WWE is referring to Joe by the full Samoa Joe name. It’s possible they change it before he’s used again.
