Rosa Mendes Announces Her First Pregnancy, Comments on Her WWE Future

– WWE’s website has a new interview with Rosa Mendes, who announces that she’s pregnant with her first child. She is due to give birth in February 2016 and is naming her daughter Jordan Elizabeth Schubenski, because her mom’s middle name is Elizabeth and she’s always liked the name Jordan for a girl.

Rosa commented on what this means for her WWE future:

“This baby has really motivated me and inspired me. I look at powerful moms like Stephanie McMahon. She’s a mother of three and she does it all, and her kids are bright and intelligent. So, this has truly motivated me. And, I look at my accomplishments — I’m a WWE Diva, I’m an entrepreneur and now I’m going to have the most important job in the world, being a mother and giving this baby an amazing life.”

She also offered these comments:

“I’d like to thank WWE’s executive offices, the talent relations staff, the medical team and everyone that has supported me throughout this. I’m just really excited about this news. I’m really, really happy and I hope everybody’s just as happy as I am. I can’t wait to just keep everyone updated, post pictures and have everyone follow me on this little journey that I have for the next nine months.”
