Nikki Bella Still Not Cleared To Return To The Ring

WWE doctors still haven’t officially cleared Nikki Bella to return to the ring.

Sources close to the Total Divas star tell Ryan Satin of ProWrestlingSheet.com that all sides are being as careful as possible due to the severity of the injury Nikki is recovering from. Doctors are monitoring how her neck reacts during wrestling training at the WWE Performance Center.

As previously reported, Nikki is very hopeful she’ll be able to make a big comeback on a part-time basis if the neck surgery was a success.

Satin was told that the only thing Nikki can do at the moment is continue training at the WWE Performance Center and hope the bone in her neck has fused properly so doctors can give her the green light.

In this video released over the weekend, WWE.com cameras caught up with Nikki at the WWE Performance Center as she stepped back in the ring for the first time since undergoing neck surgery. She talked about her health, the Brand Extension and Sasha Banks capturing the WWE Women’s Championship.
