As previously reported, “WWE 205 Live” is scheduled to be a weekly cruiserweight show debuting on the WWE Network beginning Tuesday November 29th following Smackdown Live. Talking Smack will move to its new timeslot at 11PM ET, following “WWE 205 Live.”
It was reported on today’s Wrestling Observer Live that there are already people within the company complaining about the new show because they have to stay at the arenas for an extra hour.
WWE will now tape Main Event, SmackDown, 205 Live and Talking Smack on Tuesday nights. It appears the cruiserweights will remain exclusive to RAW, despite the new Tuesday night show. We have heard rumors of the SmackDown brand getting their own division for months now.
Superstars confirmed so far are Cruiserweight Champion Brian Kendrick, TJ Perkins, Rich Swann, Noam Dar, HoHo Lun, Cedric Alexander, Lince Dorado, Gran Metallik, Jack Gallagher, The Bollywood Boyz and Akira Tozawa, who’s being billed as “Tozawa.”
