Michael Cole Reportedly Meeting with Current GFW Personality at Upcoming WWE Tapings

– Former UFC fighter, TV analyst and current GFW announcer Chael Sonnen is reportedly meeting with Michael Cole at the August 11th WWE SmackDown tapings in Portland, Oregon. The meeting was apparently set up by WWE talent scout Gerald Brisco and WWE’s Senior Director of Talent Development Canyon Ceman.

Sonnen was in San Jose for WWE’s WrestleMania 31 and the Hall of Fame earlier this year. It was reported that he was set to have unofficial talks with Kevin Dunn, possibly about a potential WWE TV role.
