Mercedes Moné Varnado is an American professional wrestler, actress and artist under contract to All Elite Wrestling. She wrestles for AEW under the ring name “The CEO” Mercedes Moné and is the AEW TBS Champion in her first reign.

Varnado also wrestles for New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) and its sister promotion, World Wonder Ring Stardom, where she is the NJPW Strong Women’s Champion in her first reign. She also wrestles for Revolution Pro Wrestling (RevPro) and is the Undisputed British Women’s Champion in her first reign. Varnado also has the Queen of Southside Championship in her possession, but it is no longer active after it was unified with the RevPro British Women’s Championship to become the Undisputed British Women’s Championship.

Her full real name is Mercedes Justine Kaestner-Varnado, and she was born on January 26, 1992 (age 33) in Fairfield, California, United States. She goes under the name Mercedes Varnado for acting roles. She portrays Koska Reeves, a recurring character in the Disney+ space Western series The Mandalorian. Varnado is also known for her time in WWE from 2012 to 2022, where she performed under the name Sasha Banks.

Varnado has solidified her spot among professional wrestling’s greatest performers, capturing a WWE championship on 10 occasions. She backs up all her bragging with ferocious intensity in the ring and an endless amount of desire to be the best.
