The Likely Reason WWE Canceled Naomi vs. Mandy Rose On SmackDown LIVE

What happened to Naomi vs. Mandy Rose?

In a WWE.com exclusive video, SmackDown LIVE General Manager Paige explained why Naomi vs. Rose did not take place on SmackDown LIVE as advertised.

“Well, The Miz is actually what happened. He’s making matches that I didn’t even know was gonna happen and so, obviously, the ladies couldn’t be a part of it. But what I do know is, is that Mandy and Naomi is not over. See ya next week,” Paige said.

The Miz’s strange desire to join forces with SmackDown LIVE Commissioner Shane McMahon took another turn this week when “The A-Lister” went behind Paige’s back and made a match between himself, Shane and a pair of local competitors called The Vegas Boys, who he paid to jump “Shane-O-Mac” from behind.

Naomi isn’t happy with her match being canceled.

She also retweeted a number of fan complaints on the match being canceled.

Rose stayed in character by claiming that she was doing a photo shoot.

Naomi responded to Rose by calling her a “thot,” which stands for “that ho over there.”

“Oh wow another #thot shoot next time photoshop that wedgie out of your butt like you do everything else,” Naomi wrote.

Naomi sent out the non-PG tweet but quickly deleted it. She then sent out a “nicer” tweet insulting Mandy.

It seems that their match got canceled because Rose is legitimately sick. Following SmackDown LIVE, she Instagrammed a selfie of herself at the gym and noted that she has sinuses.
