– Kurt Angle appeared on Mark Madden’s radio show in Pittsburgh last night and revealed that he will not be re-signing with TNA after his current deal expires at the end of this year. The full audio is at this link but here are highlights:
* Angle isn’t re-signing because he wants to take a break from wrestling. He says he won’t be trying to get a WWE deal during this break
* He will be at TNA’s Bound For Glory pay-per-view next month
* He’s not sure what’s going on with TNA and Destination America, noting that nothing has been said to him. He said he hopes something is worked out because there are many great talents in TNA. He said he’s going to do his best for TNA until his deal expires and then see what happens, adding that they have treated him well.
* Angle said he doesn’t think people really know how good Dixie Carter has been to him
* He feels almost 100% physically and expected to be back in the ring by Bound For Glory
* He’s open to returning to WWE for a final match but said he’s not desperate to do something so he can retire. Angle says he’s happy with his career and he really is taking time off in 2016 to decide what’s next
