-WWE issued a new a poll asking fans which title is most likely to change hands inside Hell In a Cell tonight. As of this writing, 67% went with Kevin Owens’ WWE Universal Title while 17% went with Sasha Banks’ RAW Women’s Title and 16% went with Roman Reigns’ United States Title.
