Kevin Owens on Defending His Title In a Ladder Match at WrestleMania, Zack Ryder’s WWE Career, More

– As seen above, this week’s sitdown interview with Michael Cole features WWE Intercontinental Champion Kevin Owens. Below are highlights:

* Cole brings up the Intercontinental Title Ladder Match at WrestleMania 32 with Sami Zayn, The Miz, Dolph Ziggler, Zack Ryder, Stardust and Sin Cara. Owens admits he wasn’t the happiest guy when Stephanie McMahon made the match on RAW but he has on problem defending his title against 6 challengers. The issue he has with the match is that Stephanie should have thought about how none of his opponents deserve a title shot at the first-ever KO-Mania. Owens says all Stephanie did was put each man in a very precarious situation

* Cole asks about Zack Ryder and says he’s excited to hear his entrance music play at WrestleMania for the first time ever. Owens talks about how Ryder won’t shut up about WrestleMania and says as big as that night will be for him, it will lead to nothing but sadness and heartbreak. Owens says pretty much Ryder’s entire career has been about disappointment and Dallas will be no different

* Cole talks about how Owens believes history didn’t start until he arrived to WWE. Cole asks where Owens thinks this Ladder Match will rank among others and of course he says #1. Owens says he will be at the top of the list when he successfully defends his title at WrestleMania 32. The interview ends when Cole asks what will happen if he loses
