– Last week on Raw, WWE shot an angle that seemingly removed Kane from television for at least a few weeks.
During Raw’s Last Man Standing Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match, Braun Strowman upended the stage beneath the Raw announce desk, crushing Kane beneath it.
In a storyline update from WWE.com, “The Big Red Machine” had difficulty breathing following the incident and was rushed to a local medical facility. However, before Kane could be evaluated by medical personnel in the emergency room, he sat up on the examining table and crawled his way out of the medical facility. Kane has not been seen or heard from since.
While it’s not clear if Kane is legitimately injured or taking time off for his mayoral campaign in Knox County, Tennessee, WWE.com has removed all advertisements for him at live events through the end of the month. He is, however, advertised for television and live events in March. He is also still scheduled to challenge Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship at a WWE house show on Saturday, Mar. 3 at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois.
