WWE® DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

STAMFORD, Conn., July 23, 2015 – WWE (NYSE:WWE) announced that its Board of Directors today declared the Company’s regular quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share for all Class A and B shares of common stock. The record date for the dividend will be September 15, 2015, and the payment date will be September 25, 2015.

– WWE has added a Sting meet & greet to SummerSlam weekend in New York City on Friday, August 21st. The session will take place at the 40/40 Club in the Barclays Center at 1pm. The $125 ticket includes 1 8×10 autographed photo of Sting and a photo-op with Sting taken by a professional photographer. The Ticketmaster pre-sale for the session begins July 30th.

– Entertainment Weekly posted this video of John Cena joining their “Greatest Story Ever Told” video series. Cena tells a personal story about his mother Carol and sends her a special “I love you” message. Cena talks about how he bought his mother a house for her 65th birthday.
