John Cena Explains Why He and Nikki Bella Are Holding Off On Marriage

John Cena and Nikki Bella are one of WWE’s biggest power couples, but the two former champions have yet to tie the knot. Cena and Bella’s relationship began in 2012, but Cena has made it publicly clear that he isn’t looking to jump into marriage. In a revealing recent profile in Rolling Stone, Cena said that he’s at odds with Nikki Bella over having children — Cena doesn’t want them — and the couple has even been to therapy to address the issue.

On an episode of Total Divas, Cena and Bella had a relatively awkward marriage discussion during a dinner date.

Would I love to marry you? Absolutely. I love you, and I love you more than I’ve loved anyone in my entire life.

What I’m afraid of, and this is the one thing I’m very much afraid of… If we were to get married tomorrow, and then you come to the conclusion that you want children, you know where I stand. In no way would I ask you to sacrifice anything for me.
