– WWE Hall of Famer Jerry Lawler returned to the ring this past Saturday night at a Maryland Championship Wrestling event in Waldorf, MD. Lawler and MCW Champion The Bruiser defeated Ryann McBride, Ken Dixon and Justin Schlegal in a handicap match.

– We noted before that WWE announcer Scott Stanford recently won a New York Emmy Award for his work with NYC’s PIX11 news. Below is a photo of Stanford accepting the award on Saturday night:
