– As previously reported, Bill Goldberg will make his long-awaited WWE return next week on Monday Night RAW. It’s been twelve years since Goldberg set foot inside a WWE ring. WWE posted the following to promote Goldberg’s appearance:

– Shane McMahon tweeted the following after he and Daniel Bryan issued a Survivor Series challenge to the RAW brand. As noted, Shane and Bryan are looking for three traditional five on five Survivor Series matches – one featuring the top five Superstars form each brand; one featuring the top five tag teams on each brand; and one featuring the top five female competitors on each brand.

– As seen on WWE Smackdown, perennial enhancement talent James Ellsworth defeated WWE World Champion AJ Styles in a non-title match with the help of special referee Dean Ambrose. Video from that match is below. It appears everyone’s favorite jobber will be returning as SmackDown General Manager Daniel Bryan mentioned that he had an idea for Ellsworth next week in Denver.
