Jim Neidhart, 56, turned himself in to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office on April 18, 2011 after realizing he missed a date in traffic court on charges of driving without a license and operating an unregistered vehicle. He was released after paying a $750 surety bond. He was not incarcerated or taken into police custody.
