Her real name is Sarah Stock, and she was born on March 4, 1979 (age 45) in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. She began wrestling in 2002 in Canada, working for various independent promotions against both male and female competitors. She moved to Mexico in 2005, where she wrestled under the name Dark Angel for Lucha Libre AAA World Wide (AAA) and later for Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL).

She is also known for her time in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) from 2009 to 2012 under the name Sarita.

Alongside Taylor Wilde, she became part of the inaugural TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champions in 2009. She held the title a second time with Rosita in 2011.

Stock continued wrestling until 2015, at which point she joined WWE as a coach at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. Stock would go on the road as a producer at live events, a role she maintained until her departure from the organization in 2020. Stock made a short-lived return to the ring in spring 2022, wrestling five times in Mexico for Robles Promotions. In 2023, she joined AEW as a coach and producer.
