Prior to joining WWE, she played college soccer for Louisiana State University. According to her bio on the LSU website, her real full name is Tiana Lillian Marie Caffey, and she was born on February 12, 1999 (age 26). She is from Port St. Lucie, Florida, United States. While at LSU, she played under the name Tiana Caffey.

On August 16, 2022, Caffey was announced as having signed with WWE as part of a class of 17 recruits to join the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. Under the name Tiana Caffey, she made her wrestling debut on October 28, 2022, at NXT live event in an NXT Women’s Championship #1 Contender’s Battle Royal that was won by Thea Hail. On March 25, 2023, she wrestled her first singles match at an NXT live event in a losing effort to Kayden Carter.

She wrestled as Tiana Caffey until September 2023, at which point her ring name was changed to Jaida Parker.
