As has happened semi-frequently this year, two WWE Superstars appeared at an NXT live event: Harper and Tyler Breeze.
At last night’s show in Buffalo, New York, Harper unsuccessfully challenged Ricochet for the NXT North American Championship. Ricochet hit Harper with the Shooting Star Press to retain his title.

Harper and Breeze’s respective tag team partners are currently out of action due to injury. Rowan suffered a torn right biceps at SummerSlam last month, while Fandango underwent surgery in July for a torn labrum in his left shoulder.
Breeze was also part of an NXT house show tour in July and beat Barthel at a show in Jacksonville, Florida in May.
