In a post on Twitter, the former TNA wrestler hinted at joining NXT.

Hard work pays off. I almost hung it up. I'm glad I didn't. World…..here I come. Time to TakeOver!

This follows a report by WrestlingInc.com last month that Gunner would join NXT if he passed a physical exam.
