This past week, Eva Marie had her legal team threaten an escort business in California with a legal action if they didn’t stop using her image to promote their business.
Her lawyer, Brad Small, issued a cease and desist letter on Monday to the owners of Candy’s Therapy in Colton, California after the company used a photo of the Total Divas star in an online advertisement. The image is a photo she took of herself and posted on Instagram.
The letter, which was obtained by ProWrestlingSheet.com, states, “We represent Natalie Eva Marie, a world known celebrity and WWE Diva. It has come to our attention that you without right, license, permission or legitimate interest are using the likeness of our client Natalie Eva Marie and potentially other unknown materials on your website.”
The advertisement, which also featured video of a woman in short-shorts shaking her butt, has since replaced the photo of Eva Marie with an image of a woman’s butt cheeks being slightly spread.
