– Darren Young noted in social media that he had a rough travel day, but it was all worth it when he was afforded an opportunity to meet boxing legend Evander Holyfield:
Even though this morning's travel has been hell I got to meet a really cool OG @holyfield ?????????? pic.twitter.com/PJ6KtjcGAz

– Dolph Ziggler is scheduled to appear this weekend at the 38th annual Kent State Hall of Fame ceremony, where he will be inducted and celebrated for his days as an amateur wrestler. Dolph Tweeted about the honor, apparently referring to WWE founder Vince McMahon, but deleted the tweet soon thereafter. It’s also possible Ziggler was talking about Vince Neil from Motley Crue. We have a screen shot below:
proud of the sacrifices I made
& hard work paying off,
as I go into @KentStAthletics
Hall Of Fame!

– It looks as though WWE Studios’ “The Fall Guy” resumed production over the summer after being shelved for several years. The film, which will be the first WWE Studios project starring the Rock, is currently in pre-production. It was originally optioned in July 2010, the Rock signed on in 2013, but the script continued going through revisions until mid-2014. The action film follows Hollywood stuntman Colt Seavers, apparently played by Rock, who uses his skills to moonlight as a bounty hunter. IMDB lists the writers as Ashley Miller and Zack Stentz of X-Men: First Class and the director as McG of Supernatural.
