Cody Rhodes Gets Backstage Heat, News on Plans for AJ Styles, Cameron Notes

– It was noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that despite losing to WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns at Extreme Rules, WWE does have big plans for AJ Styles. No word yet on what they have in the works now that Reigns has apparently moved on to Seth Rollins.

– It was also reported on WOR that Cody Rhodes got heat from WWE for the statement he made regarding why he requested his WWE release, particularly the part about about a head writer hitting on developmental divas. You can read that statement at this link.
