Cody Rhodes on the Dusty Rhodes Classic, Rob Van Dam Comedy Show, Jake Roberts on Austin 3:16 (Video)

– In the video below, WWE Hall of Famer Jake “The Snake” Roberts talks about returning to WWE in 1996 and working with Steve Austin. Jake says he was about the only one pushing for Austin because Vince McMahon didn’t see him as a main eventer. Jake also says he was all for the “Austin 3:16” angle but wishes they would have continued with Austin’s own version of the Ten Commandments.

– Rob Van Dam will be doing a stand-up comedy show on Monday, April 11th at Pop’s Concert Venue in Sauget, IL near St. Louis. Doors open at 7pm and the show starts at 8. Tickets can be found at this link.

– We heard rumors several months back of WWE NXT bringing back the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic again this summer. Cody Rhodes was asked if the Classic should be a yearly event or a one-time thing and he replied with this tweet:
