Charly Arnolt is an American news personality who works for the Fox News Channel, sports media company OutKick, the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and Power Slap. She is also known for her tenure as a sportscaster with WWE from 2016 to 2021, where she appeared under the ring name Charly Caruso.

After almost five years with WWE, Charly spread her professional wings elsewhere. And the destination she landed on was ESPN. News broke on March 30, 2021 that Arnolt had joined the sports network full-time. The versed broadcaster began with ESPN in September 2018 as a part-timer with spots on First Take and SportsCenter. In addition to those shows, she contributed to ESPN+’s weekday morning show, SportsNation, and other digital series across the streaming service.

“The contract was coming up. Instead of renewing, I’m moving on,” Arnolt told TV Insider. “Everyone is going to have their own opinions regardless. I never had any issues while I was at WWE. Nothing bad happened. As far as I’m concerned, I’m leaving on a positive note and beginning what I believe to be the next step in my career.”

Arnolt left ESPN in April 2023 to host a morning show for OutKick, a sports media company.

“I’m extremely excited to join OutKick and work alongside Clay [Travis, the founder] and a great stable of talent,” Arnolt said in a press release. “The outspoken nature of the platform and its ability to create engaging content is what really piqued my interest. I have a lot of opinions that I haven’t been able to express, and I can’t wait to get started.”

Arnolt began hosting OutKick the Morning on September 7, 2023, which featured an interview with UFC president Dana White. On the premiere show, she wore a T-shirt reading “Toxic Masculinity Is Hot” and hits the streets of New York City to debunk toxic masculinity.
