Braun Strowman Celebrates His Two-Year WWE Anniversary

Braun Strowman made his WWE debut exactly two years ago on Thursday, interfering in a tag match between Roman Reigns & Dean Ambrose and The Wyatt Family.

By this point, Strowman had not even appeared 10 times in front of a wrestling crowd. He never had a match on NXT television and was largely unknown to WWE fans.

In two years, he has gone from barely wrestling to facing Brock Lesnar in a one on one match for the title in the main event of a pay-per-view.

Strowman celebrated his anniversary with this Instagram post and said that he’s only just started.

And on this day two years ago I introduced #TheMonsterAmongMen to the world!!!! It’s crazy to look back at this photo because this was maybe the 9th time I’d ever been in front of a crowd. So many people judge me and said I would never be more than another failed attempt at a giant in the #Wwe well guess what I proved everyone of you wrong and I will continue to shut the moths of naysayers because if haven’t figured it out yet I was born to do this and #BraunStrowman will be talked about and remembered FOREVER!!!! #IveOnlyJustBegun #IWillNeverBeFinished
