We reported earlier this evening that the Chancery Court of Nashville Tennessee denied Billy Corgan’s request for a temporary injunction against TNA, and now the promotion is allowed to move forward with operations. We have complete details on the latest developments available here.
Corgan is welcome to proceed with his lawsuit, and TNA has until tomorrow to pay him the $1.8M he’s owed from his previous investments. Corgan reacted to the news on Twitter today:
