Big Cass has booked his first indie wrestling appearance since being released by WWE in June and he’s going by a slightly different name.
Big Time Wrestling has announced that the former WWE Superstar will be appearing at their show in Spartanburg, South Carolina on September 21 under the name Big Cazz.

WWE released Cass on June 19, reportedly due to a combination of reasons.
Cass’ 90-day no-compete clause with WWE expires days before the appearance. Fellow former WWE Superstars Emma, “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan, Meng, The Barbarian, Tommy Dreamer, James Ellsworth and Mick Foley are also advertised for the event.
