Another WWE Diva Is Out With An Injury, Rey Mysterio To Wrestle In Africa, Road Warrior Animal

– Global Force Wrestling announced Monday that some of its talent will be traveling to Africa in March to wrestle for Qatar Pro Wrestling. GFW will be represented by Sonjay Dutt, Chris Masters, and others. Rey Mysterio headlines the tour scheduled for March 11 in Sudan.

– Celebrating a birthday today is Road Warrior Animal. The WWE Hall of Famer turns 56-years-old.

– WWE producer Brian James (a/k/a Road Dogg) mentioned on Twitter that Naomi is sidelined with an undisclosed injury.

Responding on Twitter to a fan complaining about Naomi not being used in a storyline, James wrote, “she’s been injured. I feel like if you don’t know the facts, you can’t cast shade!”

Naomi last wrestled on Jan. 3 at a live event in Corpus Christi, Texas where she lost to Bayley. She is still on the road.
