– In the video above, Jeff Jarrett talks to the TNA cameras after last night’s return to Impact Wrestling. Jarrett says he’s grateful and blessed to have the chance to work the 13th anniversary of Slammiversary on Sunday and says he will make the most of his last TNA match.
Jarrett commented:
“No secret, a lot of ups and downs between the Jarretts and TNA over the years but I don’t want to bring up the negative, look to the positive. I’m just excited that we’re having the opportunity, have some closure, go out with one final match – the King of the Mountain match at the 13th anniversary, and have Global Force Wrestling at the forefront. That’s who I am, the talented roster we’ve put together, just the momentum with the Grand Slam tour and everything that goes with it. And I’m standing on my mission statement, we’re going to work with promotions from around the world – New Japan, AAA, all the independent promotions. Now we get to have the opportunity moving forward to work with Global Force and we’re working out those details but I’m excited about Sunday.”
