– During NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn IV last night at the Barclays Center, a graphic promoting pre-sale tickets for WWE Evolution featured former WWE Superstar Michelle McCool.
This, however, doesn’t necessarily mean that McCool will be wrestling at WWE Evolution. While WWE said women from the past will be appearing at the pay-per-view event, Trish Stratus is the only former WWE Superstar confirmed as wrestling so far.
McCool came out of retirement for a one-off wrestling appearance back in January at the inaugural Women’s Royal Rumble Match. She scored the most eliminations before being eliminated by Natalya.
McCool worked for WWE from 2004 through 2011, where she became a two-time WWE Divas Champion and a two-time WWE Women’s Champion.
– En route to a podcast interview in Manhattan, Raw Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss discusses her championship history in Brooklyn, New York and says that Ronda Rousey is too inexperienced to beat her at SummerSlam.
– Go behind the scenes as Renee Young becomes the first woman to call Raw.
