War Machine arrived on NXT television and got their WWE team name at a television taping that took place before NXT TakeOver: New Orleans last night.
Ray Rowe and Hanson interrupted a match pitting Heavy Machinery against Riddick Moss and Tino Sabbatelli, destroying both tandems in the process. It was revealed on the big screen that they’ll be collectively known as “War Raiders” going forward.

Individually, they’ll be apparently still be known by their names on the independent wrestling scene, Hanson and Raymond Rowe. WWE is selling a WrestleMania 34 program at Axxess and there are photos of almost everybody who appears on NXT television. Hanson and Raymond Rowe are listed under those names in the program.
The other match taped last night Kairi Sane vs. Lacey Evans. Sane won after hitting her Insane Elbow.

Sane vs. Evans was advertised in advance for Wednesday’s episode of NXT, and the War Raiders’ debut should air as well. The show will also feature video packages and interviews from the fallout of TakeOver: New Orleans.
After Monday and Tuesday’s post-WrestleMania editions of Raw and SmackDown, there will be NXT TV tapings at Full Sail University this coming Wednesday. The next TakeOver special is scheduled for Chicago on June 16 as part of Money in the Bank weekend.
