– We noted earlier this year this year that WWE Studios has partnered with KISS rocker Gene Simmons to create Erebus Pictures and produce “elevated horror” movies. The company announced this weekend that Voltage Pictures will handle their international sales. We also noted that the first of a three-picture deal will be Temple, a movie that was was recently acquired by WWE Studios. DreadCentral.com reports that Temple will be written by Matt Savelloni from Exile to Babylon. The movie follows a team of highly trained operatives who find themselves trapped inside an isolated military compound after its artificial intelligence goes down. While investigating the source of the malfunction, crew members experience strange and horrific phenomena as they try to figure out who, or what, killed the crew that was previously stationed at the compound.
– As noted, Baron Corbin defeated Tommy Dreamer at two of the WWE NXT live events outside of Florida this past weekend. Corbin tweeted the following on Dreamer:
.@JoeyStyles brought the original @THETOMMYDREAMER Amd I now understand why he's a legend, but legends have to die.

– As seen on the WWE Payback Kickoff pre-show last night, Booker T plugged his upcoming “G.I. Bro” comic book. This is the name that Booker used when he first got into the wrestling business. Booker will unveil the comic at the Comicalooza convention in Houston, Texas from the George R. Brown Convention Center May 22nd through May 25th. Booker tweeted this shot from the pre-show last night:
