It’s been almost six months since Zack Ryder suffered an injury on SmackDown LIVE but prepare for the Long Island Iced Z’s return because he’s been cleared for action.
According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, Ryder met with doctors on Tuesday and was given the green light to return to the ring.
Ryder went under the knife in December after he injured his left knee while winning a battle royal for his team that would’ve given The Hype Bros a shot at the SmackDown Tag Team Championship.
As seen on SmackDown LIVE, Ryder returned from a knee injury with an idea to pick up a dejected Mojo Rawley.
Hey @MojoRawleyWWE…I know I already told you in person but I wanted to tweet you and say…I'm back bro. #SDLive #HypeBros
